Fees
Dr. Vogel charges for his time on an hourly basis in the same manner as other professionals (attorneys, accountants, etc.) and many trade professionals. The fees he charges will be as transparent as possible.
Examples of services which are based on hourly rates:
- Record reviews
- Office visits
- Telehealth visits
- Required charting of patient interactions in the medical record
- Completing forms requested by patients
- Phone calls
- electronic communication (emails, text or other)
- Driving time to provide house calls
- Communicating with attorneys
Dr. Vogel has opted out of Medicare and Medicaid. For private insurance, a detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request for services to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill cannot be provided for Medicare or Medicaid patients.
While an initial superbill is provided for insurance submission, any additional paperwork, forms, or records requests made by the patient or insurance company after the date of service will be billed at Dr. Vogel's hourly rate for administrative time.
Cancellation Policy
The clinic policy for cancellation or to reschedule is 48-hours notice (two business days). This allows us to offer the time to another patient.If the patient cancels with less than the required notice or fails to appear (no-show), the patient will be charged a fee of $75 for an appointment; $200 for a procedure.
